House is divided into three areas - public area, semi public and private area. There are transition spaces in between, acting as centre points of circulation area that lead from through semi public to the private areas. An open House concept is employed by avoiding partitions as much as possible between common areas like the dining and the family. But privacy within the house is definitely kept sacrosanct.
Courtyards are designed in a way so as to give a interior look. Kitchens have a 'U' shape so as to provide maximum working area. The circulation area is reduced as much as possible, but providing maximum air and natural light.
