The approach to Kimansion is nothing short of picturesque. Set in a somnolent quarter of Fort Kochi, it is short walk from the beach, the Chinese fishing nets and other tourist attractions. As you walk down the clean-scrubbed, winding country road, there’s very little to remind you that you are, in fact, in a completely modern day and age.
It is this very same feeling that pervades Kimansion. More than a century old, this two storied 2500 sq.ft. House has character. In every nook of its spacious rooms and in every beam of polished wood. The grandeur and stateliness of a bygone era are evident. So is the air of comfort and cosines which comes in a home where families have lived and loved. So much so, that 'it is a home' becomes a truth.
While Kimansion is warm, cozy and definitely not impersonal, it is very much a state of the art hotel. Blending unobtrusively with its old-world looks are several very modern amenities.

Both suites and rooms with luxurious bathrooms are available.
Parlors and dining rooms are at the guest's disposals at all times. There are well-equipped kitchenettes on both floors guests can either cooks for themselves or dine from Kimansion's daily fare.
Because of the construction and plan of the house, each guest is assured of optimum privacy. Coming up soon are two self contained, air conditioned cottage within the compound.
What Kimansion can offer you are premium facilities at a less than premium price. While it is on par with many star hotels, "the tariff rates are affordable".
